EDGE is a career-readiness program to provide a framework for students to enhance their personal, academic, and professional opportunities by engaging in timely student success and career readiness skills, competencies, and experiences to prepare them for life during and after college. Built like a game, students will be able to track their progress through different stages as they earn points, complete achievements, and level up.

The CWU Chapter of the Association of Latino Professionals (ALPFA) sent studen for the ALPFA national convention.
How can I explore different professional pathways? Set up informational interviews with professionals in fields you want to explore. Or seek out internships, co-op programs, or part-time jobs in industries that pique your interest. Take the time to connect with your network to support you!
How can I make a difference and help those around me? You can volunteer, support causes and charities, or engage in radon acts of kindness! As a student, you can offer to mentor or tutor other students and share your knowledge and skills. Lead by example, set a positive example through your actions and behaviors.
