Webasto warranty information
Heaters – 24 Months All heater products - coolant heaters and bunk heaters/air heaters have a two year warranty from the date of installation, or 2,000 operating hours, whichever comes first. The warranty will be valid up to 3 years after the sale of the product but not to exceed 2 years from the date of installation.
Spare Parts – 6 Months All service parts have a 6 month warranty after installation or the balance of the warranty of the unit they are installed to whichever is longer. If the heater still has 12 months warranty left, the spare part will be covered under the heater’s warranty.
