In conjunction with Macadams International, Macadams Food Service is able to o er a complete service throughout Sub-Saharan Africa, with a network of service agents in countries such as Kenya, Nigeria and Uganda. This places it within a select group of suppliers on the continent. As a result, it currently supplies most of the national supermarket chains within South Africa as well as Sub-Saharan Africa.
