The best part was that Brayden, my boyfriend, Liam, Juliette, and I were speaking English all the time, which helped me continue improving my language skills . We went for walks, ordered takeout from restaurants, and engaged in a few other activities (I even learned how to play baseball LOL).

After my #KaplanExperience
After this amazing experience, I returned to Spain, where I started my Bachelor's degree in Tourism and Hospitality, eventually graduating in Digital Tourism Marketing. During the four years of university, I came back to Toronto every summer, and my boyfriend moved to Spain for a year and a half. Eight months ago, I moved back to Toronto again. Thanks to my time as part of the Student Ambassador Program at Kaplan, I was able to start working at the school. Currently, I’m a Student Services and Activities Coordinator, and I’m lucky enough to say that I’ve found a second family at my workplace. I absolutely love Kaplan, and on top of that, I found the love of my life.
