JOIN OUR TEAM INTERNAL SALES EXECUTIVE • Sales order processing and quotation preparation. • Build relationships and trust with customers. • Promote Instantor’s new and existing product ranges. • Represent the company at industry trade shows and marketing events. • Process & track orders whilst maintaining close communication with customers from order date to delivery of goods and after-sales support if required. • Work alongside and support the sales and technical teams to reach sales targets. SPECIFICATION AND TECHNICAL AREA SALES MANAGER • Engage with specifiers and create opportunities at an early stage in the design process to secure product specifications. • Engage with M&E contractors to provide technical design support and advice. • Liaise with the Sales Director and sales office team to generate quotations, BoQs, and provide clients with relevant documentation. • Consult with purchasing departments regarding stock requirements, product development, and lead times to manage customer expectations. • Follow up on potential customer leads, report all quotes and follow up requirements to relevant field sales team members and managers. Maintain a pipeline of opportunities to convert enquiries from customers into a sale. • Have the ability to generate and deliver sales & CPD presentations to current and potential customers. • Liaising with the marketing team on all marketing materials- brochures, CPD materials and specific marketing requirements. • Represent the company at any industry trade shows and marketing events when needed. MERCHANDISER • Merchandise plumbing & heating products for maximum visibility in store. • Maintain brand signage and display stands across branch network. • Stock rotation and product labelling.
• Optimize the replenishment of stock on display units and sections. • Liaise with the local Area Sales Manager and the marketing team.
• Prompt and accurate reporting on all branch visits. • Assist the sales team with demo mornings in-branch.
