One of its main advantages is that installers don’t have to be F Gas-registered as all the technology is included within the unit. “We develop the products with the end- user in mind. How can we make it easier and quicker for the installers?” Jonathan commented. “HVAC is a complex industry because you try to create a product that the homeowner wants to have, but they don’t really get to choose it as it is already specified in the house plans. We need to create a product that suits both the installer and the consultant.” Jonathan also explained Brookvent uses a consultative selling approach. “We understand the technology and, with the help of our partners within the market, we guide our clients throughout the
process from start to finish. We offer design service, facilitate the install with the commissioning and provide guidance to the installers on these new products also regarding regulations; that is partly why we have been so successful over the years. We try to be the installer’s friend.” The AirTherm Aqua 1.1 air-to-water heat pump will be available through distributors at the end of August both in Northern Ireland and in the Republic.
