for Templemore Baths. The company worked closely with NUGENT during the complete mechanical installation for the refurbishment of the original Victorian building and the extension. BSS has been a trusted supplier to NUGENT on a range of prestigious projects, including the new Students’ Union building at Queen’s University and LIV Student Accommodation, Belfast City’s largest new student accommodation blocks. As in any heritage project, logistics was crucial for Miles- Ash to meet building regulations while preserving the fabric of the original Victorian building. “Working closely with NUGENT and Heron Bros, we came up with some creative solutions for supporting and re-coordinating ductwork routes,” explained General Manager David Smiton. “We were able to use Autodesk Revit building information modelling software to insert the architects’ and structural models and
