Sanitary fixtures and fittings Sanitary Fixtures and Fittings Considerations Checklist: • Provide taps, faucets, shower roses and mixers, WC, toilet roll holders, towel rails, robe hooks, and shower shelf. • No fixtures or fittings are to be plastic. • All exposed drainage pipework (if any) is to be chrome finished. • There is to be no exposed supply pipework (hot or cold). • Gas appliances are not acceptable.
