All turnkey developments should provide a check list of items that are or are not achieved to enable Housing Choices to assess whether the proposed dwellings are acceptable if under performing in any areas of our ESD strategy.
Any upgrade or refurbishment works should also aim to achieve the goals set out in this section wherever possible.
