ASKING RIDGE, NJ — Kislak announced the grand opening of Aucta Pharmaceuticals, Inc’s. new corporate head- quarters at 170 Mt. Airy Rd. in Basking Ridge. Kislak recently represented Aucta in the acquisition of the 52,000 s/f office for $4.6 mil - lion. Aucta Pharmaceuticals, Inc. is a technology-driven pharmaceutical company specializing in the develop- ment and commercialization of branded specialty products. LIVINGSTON, NJ — The Kislak Company, Inc. com- pleted the sale of two invest- ment properties in Livingston. The sales included Peachtree Apartments at 1101 Jubilee Court for $4.5 million and a retail center at 25 West North- field Ave., for $2.065 million. Kislak marketed Peachtree Apartments on an exclusive basis with managing direc- tor Matt Weilheimer and senior VP Tom Scatuorchio handling the assignment on behalf of the Joseph Kush- ner Hebrew Academy. They also procured the purchaser, which was not disclosed. Kislak also represented the purchaser in the sale of 25 West Northfield Ave. with Weilheimer and senior VP Scott Davidovic handling the assignment. The property is an 8,100 s/f retail strip center with a mix of long-term tenants and frontage on heavily trafficked West Northfield Ave. MAREJ
