has launched a new Main- tenance Division serving clients situated throughout the greater Maryland area. Activities of the business unit, which is based in the company’s Towson property management office, will be overseen by Katie Harri- son , director of Operations for Lee Chesapeake Property Management. Lee & Associ- ates is a fully-integrated commercial real estate bro- kerage and management firm headquartered in Co- lumbia, Maryland with 20 full-time commercial real estate professionals. “Single-sourcing every as- pect of asset and property management improves effi - ciency, provides cost-savings, and assures that building owners and tenants are re- ceiving the highest quality of service,” said Harrison. “The formation of this new business unit represents a natural evolution of what we currently provide to our cli- ents, as well as the ability to proactively track all projects and better serve their inter- ests to minimize problems.” The Maintenance Division will handle the majority of all carpentry, electrical, HVAC, and plumbing is- sues required by building tenants and owners, as well as address any emergency and after-hours concerns. All work will be completed by the company’s in-house engineer.
