MORNING COFFEE & PASTRIES Complimentary coffee and pastries are available for SWVS registrants from 7:00 AM - 8:00 AM in the Star Tower Friday, Saturday and Sunday. FRIDAY & SATURDAY LUNCH Complimentary lunch will be provided Friday and Saturday to all registered professional attendees in the Exhibit Hall from 12:20 PM - 2:00 PM . LUNCH DURING EXHIBITOR LUNCH & LEARNS Complimentary lunch will be provided during the Lunch & Learn Sessions on Friday and Saturday . EXHIBIT HALL WELCOME RECEPTION Join us for a drink and entertainment as we kick-off the first day of SWVS 2024 inside the Exhibit Hall. (A complimentary drink is included in your professional registration fees) This is a great way to start your SWVS experience and get a taste of Southern Hospitality all while mingling with Exhibitors. Thursday, September 26th: 4:00 PM - 5:30 PM, Exhibit Hall. EXHIBIT HALL SIP-N-SHOP Visit with exhibitors and peers while enjoying a cold beverage on Friday, September 27th: 3:50 PM - 5:00 PM, Exhibit Hall (A complimentary drink is included in the professional registration fees) Come join the fun!
