Monte Xanic, Valle de Guadalupe, Mexico Saturday, February 21, 2026 | 6:00pm Reception Price: Wine Club Members: $140++

Monte Xanic was founded in 1987 by Eric, Hans, Manuel, Ricardo, and Tomás, all great enthusiasts of fine wine and sharing a common dream: to craft high-quality Mexican

wines that would position Mexico on the international wine map. At a time when no one imagined it possible to create a premium Mexican wine that could represent the best of Mexico and for which all Mexicans could feel proud, they visualized it as a possibility. “If we don't sell it, we take it” was one of the founders' favorite phrases. Monte Xanic is the fruit of that friendship; it overcomes storms, moves mountains, and reminds us that life is to be enjoyed and shared, just like good wines. “Our love for the extraordinary has led us to honor this land by creating wines that all Mexicans can take pride in. At Monte Xanic, we place our trust in our land by recognizing the Valle de Guadalupe region in Baja California with our first premium wine, altering the history of Mexican wine.”

Merryvale Winery, St. Helena Sunday, March 8, 2026 | 6:00pm Reception Price: Wine Club Members: $150++

Merryvale’s modern history began in 1983 when a small group of like-minded partners bottled its first wine under the Merryvale label. In 1986, the group acquired Sunny St. Helena, and after extensive renovations, they renamed it Merryvale Vineyards, thus securing the historic St. Helena home it still occupies today.

The finest wine estates are those that not only capture your attention but also touch your heart, mirroring the people who nurture them. Merryvale Vineyards in Napa Valley, exclusively owned by the Schlatter family for over three decades, is a prime example of such a winery. With European heritage and visions of California, Swiss-born René and Laurence Schlatter embody a blend of deep historical appreciation and forward-looking optimism that characterizes this beloved Napa Valley gem. Thoughtful and detail-oriented yet open to innovation, the Schlatters have built upon a time-honored legacy to craft wines that, much like the family, are profound, complex, and genuine. These wines demand—and reward—engagement of the mind, heart, and taste buds. “Every year, with each vintage, we learn more. In the vineyards, the winery, and the business. That’s the beauty of winegrowing. We make wine at a high level, but we’re still looking to increase our understanding, and to always increase quality by that last two to three percent.”
