CRANBERRY RELISH
Kimberly Furlong | President | Corporate Thanksgiving is not Thanksgiving in my family without my grandmother's Cranberry Relish. The sweet and sour flavors balance perfectly with turkey, and the beautiful bright color looks great on every holiday table.
Ingredients
12 oz Fresh Cranberries .5 cup Sugar
1 small box Cherry Jell-O 1.5 cups Water, boiling 2 cups Naval Oranges, peeled and chopped
.75 cup Walnuts, chopped .75 cup Celery, chopped 2 Apples, grated 16 oz Crushed pineapple, drained
1.Wash and sort cranberries. 2.Combine Jello with the boiling water. 3.In a food processor, grind cranberries finely with .25 of the Jello mixture. 4.Combine all ingredients, including the remaining Jello mixture. Chill at least four hours before serving. Instructions
