CREAMY GARLIC HERB CHICKEN

I'm all about easy, fast dinners that will taste amazing. Working in hospitality, you are on the go constantly. So, by the time you get home you're ready to do nothing. This is a go to meal, it's fast, it's inexpensive and tastes AMAZING.

Ingredients

4 Boneless Chicken Breasts 2 tbsp Olive Oil 3 Garlic Cloves, Minced 1 cup Chicken Broth 1/2 cup Heavy Cream (Half and Half) 1 tsp Dijon Mustard 1 tsp Italian Herbs (or rosemary/thyme mix)

Salt and Pepper to taste Fresh Parsley to Garnish

Instructions

1.Sprinkle both sides of the chicken with salt, pepper, and a pinch of herbs. 2.Heat the olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Cook the chicken until golden and make sure it's cooked thoroughly. 3.After the chicken is cooked, set it aside. Use the same pan, add garlic, and cook for about 30 seconds. 4.Stir in broth, cream, Dijon, and the rest of the herbs. Simmer for about 3-4 minutes until it's slightly thick. 5.Return the chicken to the pan and spoon the sauce on top of it. Then simmer for about 2 minutes. 6.Garnish with parsley, and you can serve this with mashed potatoes, rice, or a good veggie.
