PINEAPPLE BROWN BUTTER CAKE

Texas is home of pecan pie & churros, well let me give you a twist to the good ol' twist to a classic, pineapple upside down cake.
Ingredients
1, 4.3 oz Sweet Street Brown Butter Cake 1 oz Grilled Pineapple
1 oz Caramel Sauce 0.5 oz Powder Sugar 4 oz Vanilla Ice Cream
Instructions
1.Scoop ice cream with a #8 scoop. 2.Heat cake in a 350°F oven for four minutes. 3.Grill pineapple on a flat top until golden brown. Julienne. 4.Plate cake on a 6" dessert plate. 5.Top cake with pineapple, caramel syrup, and sifted powdered sugar. Add ice cream à la minute at service.
