Our hotel is located right next to the only international airport in Oregon, so we see a lot of guests traveling to and from vacation. This cocktail came to me when serving several guests who were leaving for Mexico. I thought, "what if I combine two popular cocktails into one?" They loved it! It's become one of the most popular drinks on our menu!
Ingredients
1.5 oz El Jimador Blanco Tequila .5 oz Mr. Boston Triple Sec 1 oz Fresh Lime Juice 1 oz Real Cream of Coconut .5 oz Pineapple Juice
Instructions
1.Pour all ingredients into shaker tin filled with ice.
2.Shake vigorously.
3. Strain cocktail into a salt-rimmed rocks glass filled with ice.
4. Garnish with lime wheel.
