I woke up one day early in the morning, with a random urge to ride my bike at age 14. I packed water, hopped on my bike, and rode fifteen miles, three cities, suburbs and flower filled fields of Texas wildflowers. This cocktail is my homage in fond remembrance of those fresh floral open air fields on my impromptu adventure.

Ingredients

.75 oz Honey .25 oz Rose Water .5 oz Italicus .75 oz Fresh Lemon Juice 2 oz Fords Raw Gin 6 dashes Fee Foam Edible Flowers Aromatic Bitters, as garnish

Instructions

1.Prep a 2:1 ratio of honey to rose water syrup.

2.Add 1 ounce of rose water/honey syrup to the shaker.

3.Add fresh lemon juice, Italicus, Ford's Gin, and egg white foam.

4.Add ice, shake for 15 seconds, and double strain.

5.Garnish with edible flowers and aromatic bitters hearts.
