ROSE REVERIE
Blake Miller | F&B Manager | Frisco Embassy Suites
I've been a Texan bartender who usually deals with whiskey and beer, but I wanted to take a chance to explore the softer side of some flavor pairings. This floral, fragrant cocktail pays homage to the wildflowers of the Texas Hill Country and captures southern charm with modern elegance.

Instructions
1.Mix Gin, St-Germain, Bitter Bianca, Lemon Juice, and Agave in a mixing beaker for 20 rotations with ice. 2.Strain the chilled solution into a coupe glass. 3.Use a vegetable peeler to cut a 'fat' lemon twist and clean the edges. 4.Make a 'V' cut from the two corners on the same side and place it on the rim of the glass. 5.Add a 2 oz pour of sparkling rosé. 6.Finish with 3 dashes of lemon bitters.
