I have enjoyed Italian food as long as I can remember. I thought pepperoncini would an interesting flavor profile for a martini. It pairs well with a slice of margherita pizza and a Greek salad.
Ingredients
.5 oz Pepperoncini Juice .5 oz Dry Vermouth (Cappelletti) .5 oz Simple Syrup 2 oz Ketel One Vodka 1 Pepperoncini (garnish)
Instructions
1.In a shaker tin, combine all liquid ingredients and chill a martini glass.
2.Add ice to the shaker tin and shake for 30 seconds for dilution.
3.Double strain into the martini glass.
4.Garnish with pepperoncini and serve.
