I recently got into the world of gin fizzes. I like the variety that is out there and I wanted to create my own. The drink evolves the longer you drink with the sour acidity mixing with the tannins in the cab. Each drink is unique its own way due to this mixture and depends on how quick is is drunk.

Ingredients

.5 oz Lemon Juice .5 oz Simple Syrup 3 Foaming Cocktail Bitters .5 oz Cabernet Savignon (Decoy) 1.5 oz Titos Vodka 1 Lemon Wedge

Instructions

1.In a shaker tin, add all liquid ingredients besides the wine.

2.Shake for thirty seconds with ice.

3.Fill a rocks glass with ice and strain the shaker tin over the top until almost

full.

4.Float wine over the cocktail with a bar spoon.

5.Garnish with a lemon wedge.
