Cassandra Galvan | Lounge Server | San Marcos Embassy Suites

This is a refreshing cocktail I dreamt up when I was hanging on the river here in San Marcos. I actually do not like the taste of alcohol funny enough, but I believe this cocktail can be palatable to anyone.

Ingredients

1.5 oz Rum (Flor de Cana) .75 oz Cream of Coconut 2 oz Orange Juice

1 oz Cranberry Juice Splash of Grenadine 3 Cherries 1 Orange Wedge

Instructions

1.In a shaker tin, fill with rum, cream of coconut, orange juice, and cranberry

juice.

2.Add ice and shake for 15 seconds.

3.Strain over fresh ice in a pint glass.

4.Add a dash of grenadine over top and let settle to the bottom.

5.Garnish with an orange wedge and 3 cherries.
