This version takes inspiration from the team in Greensboro and gives a nod to the ever-loved piña colada - all the tropical flavor, none of the blender required. It’s a fun, clever example of cross-utilization and innovation at work.
1.5 oz pineapple juice .75 oz coconut cream 3 oz Red Bull Pineapple wedge Ingredients
Instructions
1.Shake pineapple juice and coconut cream with ice until frothy.
2.Strain into a rocks glass with ice.
3.Top with Red Bull and stir gently.
4.Garnish with pineapple.
