CUCUMBER BASIL TONIC

This mocktail draws on those same flavors - the cool sweetness of cucumber and the herbal lift of basil, all brightened with a hefty punch of lime. Add a splash of Tanqueray and it becomes my favorite cocktail, but as written, it’s a crisp, refreshing way to unwind at the end of a long day. Fresh lime juice is a must here, and if you add extra, well that is just extra good!

3 cucumber slices 2 basil leaves .75 oz fresh lime juice 3 oz tonic water Cucumber ribbon Basil sprig Ingredients

Instructions

1.Muddle cucumber and basil in a shaker.

2.Add lime juice and ice, shake lightly, then strain into a rocks glass

filled with ice.

3.Top with tonic water and garnish.
