Introduction Property Services at Ealing Council provide Hard and Soft FM services to a mixed property portfolio comprising 137 corporate and community services properties across the Borough of Ealing including the council head office and town hall, libraries, leisure sites, community centres and other premises offering council support services. We have a passion and vision for delivering a customer centric FM service providing best value for the council in achieving a safe and compliant property portfolio to support staff and site users in the provision of services to local residents and communities. The role of Head of Maintenance and Engineering is central to the performance and development of the building services team within Property Services. It is an exciting and a busy time with a number of new projects and service activities planned over the next 12 months and the successful candidate will have the opportunity to influence change and support professional development of the service.
