Women’s Program
SOAR Women’s Program: UMADAOP Lucas County has provided gender-specific, prevention and outpatient treatment services for women that need treatment for substance use and/or mental health disorders for more than 40 years. The program offers individual and group counseling, case management services, family reunification, and recovery support. The services are provided in person and through telehealth.
