April 9, 2026 Incidents • Theft of Property – Occurred at 1903 Gault Ave N, an E Vape was taken, valued at $29.99 No Arrests Two Accidents with No Injuries April 10, 2026 Incidents • Burglary & Criminal Mischief – Occurred at 108 3rd Street NE, some light bulbs were taken and some damaged, valued at $50.00 Six Arrests • Timothy David Garrett, age 67 of Fort Payne, was arrested for Criminal Littering • Juan Antonio Antonio Matias, age 25 of Fort Payne, was arrested for DUI • Joseph Ray Aglor, age 33 of Fort Payne, was arrested on Three Warrants for Failure to Appear • Derick Nash Farmer, age 29 of Fyffe, was arrested on a Warrant for Failure to Appear • Tabitha Dawn Ashe, age 41 of Fort Payne, was arrested for Public Intoxication and Two Warrants for Failure to Appear • Corban Daniel Patterson, age 22 of Fort Payne, was arrested for Possession of Marijuana Two Accidents with One Injury • An accident occurred at Greenhill Blvd NW and Gault Ave N, Olivia Grace Latiolais, age 21 of Fort Payne, driving a 2015 Honda Accord, struck David Albert Rains, age 80 of Fort Payne, driving a 2014 Jeep Grand Cherokee. Latiolias was transported to Dekalb Regional by Dekalb Ambulance Service. April 11, 2026 No Incidents and One Arrest • Luke Channing Baker, age 22 of Crossville, was arrested for DUI One Accident with No Injuries April 12, 2026 No Incidents and Three Arrests • Dustin Lee Randall, age 29 of Collinsville, was arrested for Domestic Violence • Miguel Angel Miguel Esteban, age 27 of Fort Payne, was arrested on a Warrant for Failure to Appear • Sergio E Ortiz Ruiz, age 45 of Ellabell, GA, was arrested for Public Intoxication Three Accidents with No Injuries April 13, 2026 No Incidents • Theft of Property – Occurred at Wal-Mart, several miscellaneous items were taken, valued at $56.52 • Burglary – Occurred at 1214 Fischer Road NE, Unit 11, several items were taken from a storage unit, valued at $2460.00 Three Arrests • Rita Ann Fuller, age 59 of Ider, was arrested on a Warrant for Outside Agency • Jackie Carl Jones, age 50 of Centre, was arrested for DUI • Eric Maurice Scott, age 43 of Fort Payne, was arrested for Domestic Violence Four Accidents with No Injuries April 14, 2026 Incidents • Theft of Property – Occurred at 911 Gault Ave S, a 2014 Hyundai Elantra was taken, valued at $7000.00 Two Arrests • Kyle R Sully, age 43 of Caldwell, OH, was arrested for Criminal Trespass and Resisting Arrest • Katy Latosha Harcrow, age 35 of Fort Payne, was arrested for Public Intoxication One Accident with No Injuries April 15, 2026 Incidents • Theft of Property – Occurred at 4204 Desoto Pkwy NE, sterling silver dinnerware, gold bracelets and gold earrings were taken, valued at $10,057.00 Two Arrests • Alexander Nathaniel Prescott, age 21 of Fort Payne, was arrested on a Warrant for Outside Agency • Danny Ray Terrell II, age 46 of Fort Payne, was arrested on a Warrant for Outside Agency Two Accidents with One Injury • An accident occurred at Glenn Blvd SW and Burthill Drive SW, Joseph Bernard Kelly, age 65 of Arbutus, MD, driving a 2021 Chevrolet Silverado, struck Margaret Lynn Owens, age 65 of Fort Payne, driving a 2026 Mazda CX5. Owens was transported to Dekalb Regional by Dekalb Ambulance Service. April 16, 2026 No Incidents Two Arrests • William Patrick Martin, age 49 of Fort Payne, was arrested for Public Intoxication at 10:32 am • Ashley Brooke Bowman, age 38 of Valley Head, was arrested for DUI at 8:35 pm Five Accidents with Two Injuries • An accident occurred at Glenn Blvd SW and Interstate 59, Ruth Ann Miller, age 65 of Rainsville, driving a 2016 Subaru Outback, struck Kenneth Austin Goggans, age 73 of Geraldine, driving a 2022 Ford Econoline. Miller was transported to Dekalb Regional by Dekalb Ambulance Service. • An accident occurred at Gault Ave N and 45th Street NE, a 16 year old juvenile female of Fort Payne, driving a 2001 Toyota, struck Doris Lisa Jelks, age 65 of Collinsville, driving a 2017 Dodge Caravan. Jelks was transported to Dekalb Regional by Dekalb Ambulance Service. April 17, 2026 Incidents • Theft of Property – Occurred at 3630 Gault Ave N, building materials were taken, valued at $12,000.00 • Theft of Property – Occurred at Wal-Mart, miscellaneous items were taken, value at $182.29
• Theft of Property – Occurred at 1115 Beason Gap Road NE, miscellaneous power tools were taken, valued at $700.00 Three Arrests • A 17 year old juvenile male of Fort Payne was arrested for Possession of a Controlled Substance and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia • Jonathan Omar Baez Quinones, age 30 of Fort Payne, was arrested on a Warrant for Failure to Appear • George Rabbit Moshier, age 53 of Fort Payne, was arrested for Theft of Property Two Accidents with no Injuries April 18, 2026 Incidents • Damaged Property – Occurred at 2218 Jennings Road SE, two mailboxes were damaged, valued at $200.00 Five Arrests • Sabashtin Bailey Barreda, age 24 of Fort Payne, was arrested for Disorderly Conduct and Public Intoxication • Alexander Nathaniel Prescott, age 21 of Fort Payne, was arrested for Domestic Violence • Andrew Ted Thrash, age, 37 of Fort Payne, was arrested for Domestic Violence • Juan Tomas Francisco, age 23 of Fort Payne, was arrested for DUI • Jeremiah Brandon Graham, age 38 of Fort Payne, was arrested for Public Intoxication and Assault Two Accidents with No Injuries April 19, 2026 Incidents • Theft of Property – Occurred at 1402 Forest Ave NE Apt 66, a cell phone, ear buds and $100 in currency were taken, valued at $400.00 • Theft of Property – Occurred at Wal-Mart, merchandise was taken, valued at $79.57 Two Arrests • Ciara Brianna Frazier, age 47 of Fort Payne, was arrested for Theft of Property • Timothy David Garrett, age 67 of Fort Payne, was arrested for Sexual Misconduct One Accident with No Injuries April 20, 2026 Incidents • Theft of Property – Occurred at 219 Gault Ave S, miscellaneous items were taken, valued at $30.17 • Theft of Property – Occurred at Wal-Mart, several miscellaneous items were taken, valued at $122.61 Two Arrests • A 16 year old juvenile male of Fort Payne was arrested for Attempting to Elude a Police Officer, Possession of Marijuana and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia • Zachary Dale Culpepper, age 32 of Rainsville, was arrested on Two Warrants for Failure to Appear Three Accidents with No Injuries April 21, 2026 No Incidents and One Arrest • Mary Theresa Galloway, age 55 of Fort Payne, was arrested on Three Warrants for Outside Agency No Accidents April 22, 2026 Incidents • Theft of Property – Occurred at 406 Lebanon Road SW, charges of $1409.23 were made without authorization No Arrests Two Accidents with One Injury • An accident occurred at Gault Ave NW and 23rd Street NW, Marvin Leo Rice Sr, age 80 of Fort Payne, riding a 2023 Triumph Tiger, struck Martha N Wood, age 87 of Mentone, driving a 2019 Jeep Grand Cherokee. Rice was transported to Erlanger Hospital by Dekalb Ambulance Service. April 23, 2026 Incidents • Damaged Property – Occurred at 4302 Desoto Pkwy NE, a well house was damaged, valued at $4000.00 • Theft of Property – Occurred at 303 9th Street NW, a Samsung Galaxy S24 was taken, valued at $750.60 One Arrest • Casey Alexander Mullinax, age 23 of Henagar, was arrested on a Warrant for Failure to Appear Four Accidents with One Injury • An accident occurred at Gault Ave S and 40th Street SW, Joseph Patrick Ginn, age 51 of Henagar, driving a 1999 Chevrolet Silverado, struck Austin James Brozio, age 27 of Fort Payne, riding a 2025 Harley Davidson Road King. Brozio was transported to Floyd Medical Center by Dekalb Ambulance Service. April 24, 2026 Incidents • Theft of Property – Occurred at 1402 Glenn Blvd SW, $733.32 was taken through a phone scam Two Arrests • Isaac Jeremiah Pike, age 47 of Fort Payne, was arrested for Public Intoxication • Dusty Star Trammell, age 28 of Gaylesville, was arrested on a Warrant of Arrest Warrant Six Accidents with One Injury • An accident occurred at Gault Ave N and 30th Street NW, Jessie Alexander Crane, age 27 of Fort Payne, driving a 2001 Chevrolet Tahoe, struck Seth Wendell Bailey, age 40 of Fort Payne, driving a 2013 KIA Soul. Crane then struck Haley Marie Marks, age 41 of Collinsville, driving a 2018 Nissan Altima. Crane and Marks were transported to Dekalb Regional by Dekalb Ambulance Service. April 25, 2026 No Incidents Three Arrests • Paul Collins, age 52 of Fort Payne, was arrested on a Warrant for Outside Agency • Mary Theresa Galloway, age 55 of Fort Payne, was arrested on Three Warrants for Outside Agency • Gavin Xaiver Kelley, age 21 of Glencoe, was arrested for Public Intoxication One Accident with no Injuries

Unlaw Breaking and Entering a Vehicle – paperwork, clothes, folding chairs and 4 cases of water was taken, valued at $38.00 • Theft of Property – Occurred at 407 8th Street NW, an electric ride on car was taken, valued at $150.00 One Arrest • Nathan William Brisendine, age 47 of Fort Payne, was arrested for Possession of Marijuana No Accidents April 27, 2026 Incidents • Damaged Property – Occurred at 120 55th Street NE, cinderblocks were damaged, valued at $500.00 No Arrests and Three Accidents with No Injuries April 28, 2026 Incidents • Damaged Vehicle – Occurred at 240 55th Street, a wheel on a 2024 Chevrolet Tahoe was damaged, valued at $200.00 • Theft of Property – Occurred at 103 Gault Ave N, 4 outdoor pillows were taken, valued at $150.00 One Arrest • Jovanni DeJesus Galnarez, age 21 of Fort Payne, was arrested for Interference with a Domestic Violence Call Three Accidents with No Injuries April 29, 2026 Incidents • Theft of Property – Occurred at 105 17th Street SW, a 2015 Infiniti Q50 was taken, valued at $8900.00 Two Arrests • Michael Christopher Bailey, age 52 of Scottsboro, was arrested for Criminal Trespass and a Warrant for Failure to Appear • John Cory Hixon, age 45 of Fort Payne, was arrested for Criminal Trespass One Accident with one Injury • An accident occurred at Glenn Blvd SW and Radio Drive SW, Rita Corbitt Shankles, age 70 of Dutton, driving a 2011 Ford Fusion struck Sheila Lillian Styron, age 69 of Cartersville, Ga, driving a 2013 Lexus. Styron then struck Kevin Scott Fowler, age 52 of Fort Payne, driving a 2020 Ford F150. Shankles was transported to Dekalb Regional by Dekalb Ambulance Service.
