Eliteness 2026 - EN

What did you feel when it came to starting at the 2026 Winter Olympics in Cortina? Joy and pride. At the start, with the stands full of cheering spectators, I realised that it was a great moment, and I was happy to be there. And if you had to pick just one emotion from these Olympics? My emotion when my teammates won the silver medal in the mixed relay. It wasn’t my success, but I felt it as if it was. It’s amazing to see what the power of a team can create. Did this success take on the dimension of a tribute? They [her father and brother] are with me at every moment. Of course, my career is one way for me to pay tribute to them because they both had this ability to live intensely. What message do you have for athletes who have to rebuild their passion after a difficult event? To take it day by day, doing what makes them happy and being kind to themselves. Most importantly to not give up on what they love when times are tough.

What was the biggest adaptation you had to make to compete with the world’s elite? Paying attention to the smallest detail; in elite sport, the level is so high that every element is important and can decide the outcome of a race. How did your Elite bedding make a difference? Sleep has never been something that came easily to me. Since I have had this Elite bed, I have felt that my body can really relax and I have much less back pain. I am always delighted to finally go home. I also try to partner with brands that share my values, as well as those who are from the same part of the world as me. During the Olympics, stress and adrenaline can disrupt sleep. Did you have a specific routine linked to your Elite comfort to guarantee optimal rest between events? Honestly, I slept very badly the first night because I didn’t take my own mattress with me. After that, I tried to improve my sleep with relaxation exercises and natural supplements. Taking my own pillow with me helped a lot, however.
