Facility license expiration, closure, re- opening process
u A Tribe must notify the NIGC within 30 days if a facility license is terminated, expires or if a gaming facility closes OR reopens; u Closure includes facilities that are permanently closed and also those that are closed on a seasonal basis (winter months) or
u Within 30 days of any closure or reopening of a gaming facility, the tribe should notify the NIGC in writing of any changes to the gaming facility name or address, & the date of opening/re-opening;
when a repair or construction activity requires closure of a facility in excess of 30 days;
