Terms and Conditions

Deposit/Payment Certain orders may require a pre-payment. We accept cash, cashier’s check (under certain conditions), Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover. COD orders are not accepted. Return Policy If you should experience a problemor discrepancy with an order, please contact Customer Service and have your order information ready. • No returns will be accepted without a Return Authorization (RA) number. • All claims for shortages or damages MUST be made within 5 working days of receipt of goods. • Relabeled, printed or embroidered goods are not returnable. Please check your order BEFORE processing. • All refused shipments and cancelled orders are subject to a 15% restocking fee in addition to all freight costs. • Returns due to customer error, including if your customer cancelled on you, are subject to a 15% restocking fee. • All returns MUST have a complete packing list and the RA number MUST be clearly marked on the outside of the carton and on the packing list. • All defective goods must be clearly marked over the flaw. Cancellation Policy All cancellations are subject to written approval from Comfort Colors. Due to the nature of the dyeing process employed with Comfort Colors® pigment dyed shades, loose pigments may remain on the surface of the garments even after the first wash. We therefore strongly recommend washing these garments only with like-colored garments, as some of the pigment dyes may stain light- or white-colored garments in the wash cycle. Washing the garments in cold water will reduce the possibility of staining. Shade variations are inherent in the garment dyeing process. Ordering Information When ordering, please have the following information available: • Company name/customer number • Shipping information • Purchase order number Care Instructions Garment-dyed goods should ALWAYS BE WASHED SEPARATELY BEFORE WEARING to avoid bleeding issues.

Terms Orders can be accepted only under the following terms and conditions: Prices, Quantities, Styles, Colors Comfort Colors reserves the right to change pricing at any time. Comfort Colors reserves the right to change or discontinue styles, colors, sizes or fabrics. Style and color availability may vary from location to location. Inventory will fluctuate on seasonal items. Order Placement and Shipping All additions to any order already placed will be considered a “new order” and written as a new purchase order. Partial shipments may be made. All freight claims for missing or damaged merchandise shipped on a customer’s account number must be filed directly with carrier. Shipping We ship by UPS, FedEx and most commercial carriers. Pickups available by appointment. Please check our website for available times. Please allow 2 hours for preparation. Drop Shipments Contract printers and embroiderers are responsible for inspecting goods BEFORE decorating, as decorated goods are not returnable. All claims for shortages and damaged goods MUST be made within 5 working days of receipt of goods. Credit Terms If you have any questions regarding our payment terms, please call our Credit Department at 800-545-6366. All orders are shipped prepaid unless previously approved for credit terms through our in-house credit department. Standard approved terms are 30 days FOB. Processing of credit applications can take approximately 2–3 days. Prepayment discounts are not offered.
