I make my aromather - apy wand as a rolled sachet filled with calming herbs like lavender to aid in taking deep breaths, inhaling for calm, and for use as a drawer and space deodorizer. ough mixing. Consider adding some dried herbs or flowers if you wish. • Scoop the rice mixture into your sachet, ensuring ample space left at the top of the pouch. • Tighten the top of the sachet. • Roll the sachet from the bottom like you would roll a handmade cig- arette or cigar. • Wrap the strings of the sachet around the rolled sachet and tie or knot to secure the contents. You have now created your wand! Hold it close and inhale a deep breath, and exhale, releasing your breath into the world. Consider keeping your wand with you as a self-soothing tool, or using it as a space deodorizer. Folks will certainly want to know what smells so good when they are in the vicinity of your aromatherapy wand! Dr. Khadijah Z.
