A fancy group of open heifers that will make an excellent set of replacement females. These heifers from Bruce Rushton are about as fancy as they come to make a nice set of replacement females for you. Rushton Farms has used high-performing Yon Family Farms Angus sires for many years and have high percentage Angus cows. These heifers have very good maternal, growth, and carcass genetics to make an excellent set of heifers to breed this fall. These heifers were all born last fall with complete records on them. If you decide you do not want to breed them, they will also make an excellent group of feeding heifers as their sires rank in the top 25% for important carcass traits and have a genetic merit high genetic merit scores for Beef, Feedlot, and Grid with AngusLink. They are also EID tagged for verified natural, NHTC, and AngusVerified sires and are GAP certified with the GAP-4 certificate transferring at no cost to buyer (GAP#23403, Exp 11/2/25). Calves are also BeefCARE certified, broke to bunks, and broke to waters. We are selling these heifers by the head, but they should average around 730 lbs according to their weights taken on 8/31/25.
