Matcha Power ... daily!

Matcha Ice Cream By Matcha Maiden

Vibrant, velvety and naturally uplifting, matcha delivers calm focus with

a gentle caffeine lift, thanks to L-theanine!

Matcha Latte (hot or iced) Whisk 1/2 a teaspoon matcha with a splash of hot (not boiling) water until smooth and frothy. Top with your favourite milk. Add ice for an iced latte and sweeten to taste! Strawberry Matcha Latte Muddle 3–4 ripe strawberries with 1–2 teaspoons maple or sugar in a glass. Add ice and 200 ml cold milk. Separately whisk 1/2 a teaspoon matcha with 50–60 ml water, then pour over for a vivid green-and-pink layer. Stir to marble.

Matcha packs a unique kind of power: calm, focused energy with antioxidant oomph. Because the whole shade-grown tea leaf is stone-ground and whisked into water or milk, you drink the leaf itself, delivering L-theanine for smooth focus and catechins like EGCG for everyday wellness support. Matcha has become a smart swap for the afternoon slump or pre-work session. Its story begins in China’s Song dynasty, when monks milled tea into fine powder for meditative clarity; by the 12th–16th centuries, Japan refined the practice into chanoyu, the tea ceremony, and perfected shaded cultivation (tencha) that gives matcha its vivid green and umami depth. Today, that centuries-old ritual meets modern life in lattes, smoothies, and desserts - same mindful roots, just easier to enjoy. Why Matcha Maiden stands out Quality and purity: Premium, 100 percent pure organic matcha sourced from the hills of Kyoto, Japan. Wellness first: A “gentler” source of caffeine for gut and skin support as well as steady energy. Community and creativity: A brand that champions easy, joyful ways to enjoy matcha at home - think approachable latte guides and recipe inspo.
