We begin the 2023 Flemington Racing Spectacular with the Australian Guineas Day and the time-honoured Australian Guineas (Group 1) (1600m) featuring the country’s best three-year-olds lining up for the $1 million feature race. Also, in the $750,000 Inglis Sprint (1200m) we will see the restricted three-year-olds from the Inglis Sales fly down the straight as well. The Flemington Fareground returns to The Elms with the finest gourmet food and drink stalls, wine tasting, live entertainment and activities for all to enjoy. Also returning, this year for all three days of the Flemington Racing Spectacular, is the Into The Wild experience for our VRC Phar Lap Club members. This is an immersive experience for the young ones to get hands on with some cuddly animals and learn all about Australian Wildlife from professional handlers.
The VRC Punter’s Club will return to The Peak exclusively for our VRC members to book and enjoy, while also running on The Front Lawn for our public punters who can sign up for $10 cash on the day.
Picnic Pods and Mates Rates tables are also open to book now for groups of 4 or 6 and will be placed amongst The Front Lawn Beer Garden, next to the thrilling Group 1 racing action.
