that I met up again with Ibra Wane, whom I already knew very well and who is APG’s Business Development Director. He wanted to set up an APG
research, but a significant investment was needed. So I was looking for po- tential partners. It was in this context that I saw Ibra
projects: an NDC platform. So in 2018, we created APG Senegal, of which I am the director. This entity is part of a local group comprising

subsidiary in Dakar. We exchanged ideas, and these discussions proved particularly interesting: I had a pro- ject for an intermediary platform between airlines and companies, incorporating technological innova- tions. I had already carried out market
again, who told me about APG’s pro- ject. I then realised that there was also a platform project, which was at a very advanced stage, and that our ideas converged. Our projects overlapped in a way. Today, this initia- tive has become one of APG’s major
other air transport-related activities, including a small private airline, Arc- en-Ciel. The whole group is headed by Ibra Wane. Business really picked up again in 2023, after the pandemic.
