If all of these are still stressful to keep up with then just play. Play like a child. Engage in any activity, any sport any work being done. Just be active as much as you can. Because you might not know but while you are engage in any physical activity you are actually exercising in a certain manner. The only difference is that your mind is not conscious about it. Therefore, play like you used to when you were a kid. Kids are happy and healthy because they care less and just bring out all the energy to the table they possess. When we get older life begins to get intense but that doesn’t mean you can never have that time again. Never kill the child in you, it keeps you alive well in this case it keeps you healthy. 10 | PLAY LIKE A CHILD
