They have become more goal oriented than career oriented because they have learned the importance of time and dominance of goals over career. Goals keep you motivated while career can turn out to be a dead cause. In the year 2021, the business world in more likely to experience entrepreneurs and new emerging business starting from zero. They will notice the wave of brand new, out of the box ideas that will be likely to outrun the existing ones. Being the CEO of the world you have designed on your own, in essence! The possibilities are abundant, whether you have a light-bulb moment and produce an invaluable innovation, buy into a franchise and pursue a tried-and-tested strategy, or develop a direct sale company with low set-up costs but great potential.
When we used to talk about entrepreneurs we used to relate to the achievements of Richard Branson and Mark Zuckerberg. But in the present time, you don’t need to have an idea as big as Virgin or Facebook to become successful. Now all you need is an idea, a basic striving idea with potential in it. We are here talking about running your own business whether small or big, it just have to be distinctive. The era of entrepreneurs have emerged so strong that now being one is not a bigger deal. The vision has now become to get what you want by your ways from stepping into the business world with no back. The idea of entrepreneurship scared people in times back then. It delivered the sense that only people with strong, sustainable backgrounds can step into this game and get a chance to win. People used to opt for jobs and other vacancies rather taking risk on their own and becoming who they want. But since the pandemic made every one of us realize the major concept of survival of the fittest, it changed the definition of entrepreneurship.
