After April 15th there will be a yardage fee assesed. Prior to delivery or pickup, bulls will have passed a breeding soundness exam. Terms : Cattle sell under terms of the American Simmental Association. Terms of sale are cash or check. Payable immediately once an agreement is made between buyer & seller. As soon as animal is sold it becomes the property of the buyer. We strongly encourage insurance on your purchases if you plan to leave them in our care until April 15th.
