Safety training

The participants shall:

Engage in answering the questions and share understandings about:

a.

the essential manual handling principles

b. the further control measures and how these can be used to reduce risk of musculoskeletal injury in the participants’ own work

Loads used for training should be of a realistic and safe weight and must be in line with the guidance in the ‘lifting and lowering filter’ presented in Annex 3. Also see figure
