The General Fund includes the local government's administrative, engineering, and public safety functions. The Enterprise Fund includes water and sewer services delivery and annual payments for principal and interest on Certificates of Obligation bonds (Public Utility Fund). In addition, the Storm Drainage Fund includes all activities necessary to operate and maintain the Storm Drainage Utility program, and the Sanitation Fund accounts for solid waste activities and city beautification efforts. The Debt Service Fund includes payments for long-term bond interest & principal. The Capital Project Fund reflects funding for capital acquisitions and construction projects.
