Enrolled Multi-unit Highlights In the first nine months of 2025, 14,021 new multi-unit homes were enrolled 10 in B.C. Compared with the same period in 2024, multi-unit enrollments decreased 12.0%. In September, 894 multi-unit homes were enrolled 10 . Compared with September 2024, the number of multi-unit enrollments decreased 22.1%. Using a 12-month moving average 4 , there were 1,655 new multi-unit enrolled homes 10 in September, trending at a 1.3% decrease from August. Using a 36-month moving average 4 , there were 1,620 new multi-unit enrolled homes 10 in September, which is a 1.7% decrease from August. There were 190 new multi-unit buildings enrolled 10 in September. Most of these were duplexes (57.4%) and 5 to 50 units (20.5%). The largest building of 131 units was proposed to be built in Delta*. In September, Delta* (177), Burnaby (172) and Vancouver (104) had the largest number of multi-unit enrolled homes 10 in B.C.
