COVID-19 Precautions

At Health Source PT, we are doing everything possible to keep our patients and staff safe. Not only do we have private treatment rooms, but here are a few measures we have implemented: 1. All patients are requested to call us from the parking lot prior to entering the facility and please call beforehand if you are feeling sick, we will gladly reschedule your appointment.

2. All patients must wear a mask when entering the facility and we will provide you a mask if you do not have one.

3. All clinicians will wear masks and gloves.

4. All patients will receive a temperature check at the beginning of their appointment.

A few reminders: 1. If you have been diagnosed with COVID-19, or have been in contact with someone diagnosed with COVID-19, and are seeking PT, then please connect with us to provide the relevant information so that we may direct your care to the appropriate providers. 2. Please wash your hands with soap and warm water for a minimum of 20 seconds before and after your workout. Scrub inbetweenyour fingers andboth sides of your hands. 3. We have always requested our clients wipe equipment before and after usage. We will continue to enforce this. 4. “Social Fitnessing” - Please keep at least 6 feet apart from one another and avoid using machines directly next to someone else.

Lie on your stomach with your hands beside your shoulders. Push with your arms up on to your elbows. Hold for 10 counts then return to start position. Repeat 8 times. This exercise helps loosen your lower back.
