Please let the sale clerks know how you wish your purchases to be transferred. RETAINED INTEREST Schooley Cattle with retain 1/3 semen interest in all bulls sold. Buyer receives full possession and 100% salavage value of all bulls sold. Schooley retains one flush on each female sold. All Work done at buyer’s convenience & seller’s expense. BULL HOUSING All bulls purchased may be housed at Schooley Cattle at no additional cost until breeding season. These bulld are the property of their new owners once sold and we will take every precaution possible to ensure the proper care and feeding development of these bulls. All bulls will be semen checked prior ro delivery to new owner, and adjustments will be made to any bulls who happen to fail semen inspection.
HEALTH PAPERS & BREEDING INFORMATION All cattle sold will carry a health paper for interstate travel to anywhere in the United States. Bred cattle sold have been recently pregnancy examined and all buyers have 21 days to re-pregnancy check purchases to guarantee that the cattle purchased are still safe in calf. ONLINE VIDEOS Video previews for every lot will be available Terms of sale are cash or good check with proper ID. Cattle must be paid for prior to delivery or loading. All cattle sell per the terms & conditions of their representative breed associations. All Announcements from the block and the supplement sheet will take precedence over material printed in this sale book. INSURANCE JameSecondinoKrieger.........................................812.208.0956 3 YEAR FEET AND SEMEN GUARANTEE We are willing to stand behind our bulls by guaranteeing 3 years of service for feet or semen issues in that 3 year span. If bull get foot root or infection in semen then they won’t qualify for guarantee. If bull’s feet grow out and aren’t sound for breeding or bull fails semen check then you qualify. Year 1 before breeding season you will get 100% minus salvage value towards next year’s bull sale. Year 2 before breeding season you will get 66% of purchase price minus salvage value towards sale credit. Year 3 before breeding season you will get 33% of sale purchase minus salvage value towards sale credit. ABSENTEE BIDDING Please contact the seller or auction staff to arrange for absentee bidding at least 12 hours prior to the auction in order to secure a bidders number.
