A sk questions if you do not understand something. F ollow your treatment plan. T ell us if you have pain and whether it gets better with medication or treatment. L et us know about any changes in your symptoms. P ay bills that are not covered by your insurance plan. Let staff know if you need assistance or have questions about billing or insurance. K eep personal items you bring into the hospital secure or send them home. P rovide a current copy of your advance directives if you have them.
