Signage and Posting Guidelines

Department of Communications & Public Affairs (DCPA) The Department of Communications & Public Affairs enhances communications at the Joseph P. Addabbo Family Health Center (JPAFHC) through innovative initiatives. We are responsible for all internal and external communications, signage, branding, creative services, JPA News, and the JPAFHC website. Our strategic framework ensures that every communication from JPAFHC is executed with the highest level of professionalism and expertise. We take pride in our ability to implement effective signage solutions throughout the facility, ensuring that our branding and messaging reflect the exceptional standards of JPAFHC. To reinforce our commitment to proper branding, professional messaging, and cohesive communication, we have introduced new signage solutions. Snap frames will be installed in elevators and patient- facing areas across all facilities, while acrylic signage holders will be placed in registration areas to ensure consistent messaging. Updates will be made at every site. Members of the DCPA team will tour each site to assess, remove, and appropriately update signage throughout the facilities. Signage and Posting Guidelines All public-facing messaging must be created, vetted, and approved by the Department of Communications and Public Affairs. All public-facing materials must reflect the approved JPAFHC logo. All marketing materials require approval from the Department of Communications and Public Affairs. Taping flyers and decorations to the walls and office doors is prohibited at JPAFHC. Handwritten signage is not permitted at JPAFHC. All requests for flyers, posters, banners, and signage must be sent to communications@addabbo.org . Unauthorized signage will be removed without exception. Thank you for your attention and cooperation. Signage and Posting Guidelines
