RESIDENCE LIFE
Living on the Daytona Beach Campus All new students are required to live on campus for the first two academic years, and on-campus housing is guaranteed to those required to live on campus. For students not required to live on campus, a variety of off-campus options are available, with some including shuttle service to campus. Housing and Residence Life staff strive to support a positive living and learning environment through programs and events in the residence halls. Living on campus keeps your Eagle involved with the university and connected to new friends. Learn more about requirements, floor plans, amenities and more on the Housing and Residence Life website. Campus housing is highly sought after, so ensure your Eagle submits their housing contract by the annual deadline.
