T hat is the heart of manifesting through the Law of Assumption, a simple yet powerful concept that says whatever you assume to be true about yourself, and your life will show up as reality. Unlike traditional goal setting, the Law of Assumption is not about chasing. It is about becoming. When you embody the version of yourself who already has the life, love, health, and business you desire, the external world has no choice but to follow. At its core, manifesting is a self-concept game. Your self-concept is all about the beliefs you hold about who you are, what you deserve, and how life treats you. When you upgrade that internal story, your experiences upgrade too.
How do they move through the world? How do they speak to themselves after a setback? The Law of Assumption invites you to answer these questions and then begin practicing that identity now. If the future you is confident, grounded, and successful, then your job today is to assume those qualities are already yours. You do not wait for proof. You act as if it is done. Since I was very young, and long before I actually knew what manifesting was, I lived this way and most usually got the things I set out to get. I didn’t know then that this was happening simply because I believed what I wanted was already mine. Throughout my life, many people have often asked me, “How do you do it? How do you get the things you dream of?” And quite simply, it’s because I never believe I won’t. If I want something, I always assume that it’s already mine and that I will get it. Can you say the same?
IMPROVING YOUR SELF- CONCEPT AND SENSE OF WORTHINESS One of the biggest blocks to manifesting is not desire. It is worthiness. Many people want more, but secretly believe it is for other people, not them. The Law of Assumption works best when you actively shift this belief. Start by noticing how you speak to yourself. If your inner dialogue is critical or dismissive, gently replace it. Instead of “I am behind,” try “I am exactly where I need to be, and things are unfolding perfectly.” A phrase that makes me cringe anytime I hear someone say it is: “I’m not going to get my hopes up”. This sentence right here is a dream killer. While you think you might just be preparing yourself for the worst outcome, what you’re actually signalling to the universe is that you don’t believe you will get what you want, so you are bracing for disappointment. But what if you knew with absolute certainty that you
BECOMING THE YOU WHO ALREADY HAS IT Imagine the version of you living your best life in 2026. How does that person think?
