Summer Minis Dance Camp Explore the Joy of Creative Movement!
Rock Band Camp at Keys To Success Music is an exciting, hands-on summer experience where young musicians form a real band, write original music, and perform with confidence. Designed for ages 7–11 and 12–17, this immersive weeklong camp blends creativity, collaboration, and skill-building in a supportive environment led by professional music educators. Campers choose their instrument—guitar, bass, drums, vocals, or keyboard—and are placed into bands where they rehearse, communicate musically, and work as a team. Students receive focused instruction through private or small-group lessons while applying new skills directly to band rehearsals. Together, each band writes and records an original song in a real studio setting, learning the basics of songwriting, arrangement, and recording. The week concludes with a live performance for family and friends, building confidence and stage presence. Rock Band Camp runs July 13–17 (Ages 7–11) and July 20–24 (Ages 12–17), 9:00 AM–3:30 PM, with optional extended care. Instruments are available if needed, and no advanced experience is required.
For children ages 5 – 7, Dance Theatre of Harlem’s Summer Minis Dance Camp provides a fun, safe environment to explore the joy of creative movement. Children will be introduced to Ballet and other dance forms, and participate in daily arts and crafts workshops. Our dance camp is a great opportunity to make new friends while gaining valuable skills. Children must bring their own lunch. Before and after care services are not available.
