Discover the art of fencing in the exhilarating atmosphere of Manhattan Fencing Center‘s summer day camps! Our camps are tailored to sharpen fencing skills and technique through exciting games, footwork training, coordination, and conditioning exercises. Each week, we offer a diverse range of age-appropriate and skill-level fencing classes, with the occasional addition of chess available on certain weeks. Our camps are ideal for beginners and students with less than 24 months of experience, and we make sure to divide students by age and experience level. Aged 5-16? Come explore fencing history and fun facts while engaging in fencing games, proper footwork, and etiquette training. Build your coordination, conditioning, and proper skills, as well as your sports psychology, through team competitions. Our optional chess and dance add-on makes for a well-rounded and exciting day! Does your kid want to be a ninja warrior this summer? New York City Ninja Academy offers unique and fun summer sessions. All skill levels are welcome, ages 6-13. Try your skills on fun and challenging ninja warrior obstacles! Kids learn to master obstacles like those on NBC’s American Ninja Warrior, and lessons are tailored to all skill levels. Besides being the most fun that kids can have exercising, New York City Ninja Academy promotes focus and discipline, and provides a great sensory activity while kids are having the time of their lives. Three hours each day (morning and/or afternoon) consist of specialized training, obstacle clinics, skills and strength training, games, ninja workshops and more.
