Size: 86 Acres Cushman & Wakefield’s Metropolitan Area Capital Markets Group, with Robert Donnelly and Robert Donnelly, Jr., brokered the trade of 86 acres in Ha- nover Twp. from Vision Real Estate Partners/Ruben- stein Partners to Bayer Healthcare. The seller pur- chased a 194-acre former Alcatel-Lucent Campus at 67 Whippany Road in 2010, sold 94 acres to Bayer in 2012 and subsequently developed the pharmaceuti- cal giant’s 675,000 SF East Coast Headquarters there. The 86-acre parcel sits adjacent to the LEED-certified facility. The sale solidified this blue-chip tenant’s commitment to New Jersey. It also marked another major milestone for the 67 Whippany redevelopment. The property also includes MetLife Investments’ global headquarters.

Colliers represented Stewart Properties in the sale of a site in the Principio Business Park to accommodate a 1.15 MSF speculative building that was started in spring of 2017. This is the first major speculative building to be built in Cecil County, MD since 2006. Subsequent to the sale Trammell Crow leased the en- tire facility prior to completion.
The property consists of 0.3035 acre of land locat- ed three blocks from the Grove Street PATH Station in the Powerhouse Arts District. The property will be redeveloped into an 18-story mixed-use build- ing with 180 residential units, 2,400 SF of retail and 14,000 SF Black Box Theater and on-site parking. The space was previous rented to a parking company.
